Strawberry Hill House is a former commercial office building built in the 1980s and no longer meeting the expectations of modern occupiers.

However, its location and design provided an excellent opportunity for it to be adapted and extended to enable two doctor surgeries to combine into a single modern medical centre.

The scheme included a complete refurbishment of the existing building, contemporary extension to form a new entrance, together with full compliance of NHS specifications and guidelines.
