Carter Jonas's Cambridge office team were instructed by ARM to find some expansion space that was located near to their Global HQ. With in-depth market knowledge Carter Jonas knew that potential space could be created on a large floor plate that the client was ideally looking for.

An approach was made to the agent responsible for the letting of the building and after a series of viewings and meetings a deal was agreed to let one floor of the south-wing of Eastbrook, Cambridge. This involved moving existing tenants around in the building to free up sufficient space to clear an entire floor of the building. The floor area totaled 26,000 sq ft, and provided an open plan office environment in a secluded but excellently located part of Cambridge near to their existing building and near to the train station.
