Our professionals then negotiated and secured attractive lease terms for RPS and oversaw the entire acquisition process through to a satisfactory completion of a new lease. 

It was important to manage the process for RPS to ensure there was enough time to vacate existing premises and fit-out the new premises ready for occupation.
