After meetings had been held to get a thorough understanding of the businesses requirement for a new HQ building, a market search was carried out. This included properties that had been identified as being the correct size, but not on the market. Approaches were made to  the appropriate parties and avenues explored.

Various options were presented to DisplayLink, with successful negotiations being held and Building 140 Cambridge Science Park secured.
A recently refurbished 26,000 sq ft building. Carter Jonas also assisted in letting 6,600 sq ft of excess space (this was intentional, for space to  grow into) within the building. This is in the process of being taken back in hand as the business has flourished they need the expansion space.
