Our professionals were instructed by Legal & General and Deeley Freed Developers to let around 20,000 sq ft of retail accommodation on the ground floor of the Legal & General PRS scheme. 

The development is located in Bath on the Lower Bristol Road, which is one of the main road links connecting Bath and Bristol. Alongside the commercial space, the site includes 163 private rented flats. 

We targeted several retailers that would be appropriate for the development yet would also create an attractive and enjoyable place to live for the residents. Three retail tenants were signed-up on a long leasehold basis, they were Scoops Wholefoods (Australian plastic free supermarket brand), TREK Bikes and PURE Gym.
