Lee heads up our Living Sector capabilities, utilising his experience from previous senior directorial roles at FirstPort Group and Orchard & Shipman, providing consultancy and management services across a wide range of residential offerings.
Lee has previously had management responsibility for the UK’s largest BTR scheme at Wembley and advised high street names and investment funds on innovating new styles of BTR and residential offerings to market.
The Living Capital Markets team at Carter Jonas worked on behalf of Countryside Vistry to identify a suitable funding partner for a central core located within the Acton Gardens Estate.
The approach was tactful, included no marketing and was a clear demonstration of the teams ability to identify the right entity by assessing the asset and expected investor returns.
The building is part of a wider regeneration scheme of over 3,400 units.
Carter Jonas began working on behalf of the vendor during Q3 2023, after identifying a select few suitable investors, this core was successfully placed within the same quarter and completed later in Q4 2023.
Carter Jonas identified an Impact Fund as the best suited investor and will continue to support similar strategies to acquire real estate assets within the living sectors.
