Carter Jonas has hired Andrew Mitchell as a partner in its newly created national open storage team, strengthening its investment expertise in this fast-developing new sector.
He joins from Cluttons, where he spent five years as a partner in the national investment team. This experience followed ten years at Capita, where he held various positions, ultimately as its lead investment director. The move to Carter Jonas reunites him with former colleagues Andy Smith and Frédéric Schneider, who joined the firm in 2016.Andrew is based out of the Carter Jonas headquarters, One Chapel Place. He will work closely with Andy, who leads its national open storage and CRE industrial offering across the UK, concentrating on the acquisition and disposal of assets, including opportunities in the burgeoning open storage market, in which the team is fast becoming the market-leading specialist.
