Carter Jonas are instructed by the University of Cambridge to manage the Broers Building, which is located at the centre of the University’s 165-acre West Cambridge site. Originally developed by Nafield Properties in 2010, the Broers Building comprises 42,000 sq ft of multi-occupied Grade A research and development office-style space. Occupiers include Nokia, Enthought, Lightcast Discovery and Cycle Pharma.
Carter Jonas have managed Broers since its construction and provide a full range of management services including asset management, L&T, rent collection and service charge administration.
